Health and safety hazard chart:
Risk assessment:
Some of the risk assessments in terms of safety that we need to carry out is no water or liquids spillage over the instruments, this can cause a fire or an electric shock. We can control this by making sure that there's the liquids near electrical equipment. Another risk assessment that can be carried out is that if they haven't been tested for less than 24 hours the whole system can change, this can cause an electric shock. One way this can be resolved is by testing it quite frequently, this causes the final result of how the equipment works to be accurate.

PRS
PRS stands for Performing Right Society, we need this right because if you play music in your business or want to include it in your product you need clearance to do so from the owners of that music. PRS represent the owners and can get you the clearances you need, enabling you access to the world's music in the most efficient way. This means that when you play music it will not mean you break a law or right.
PRS certificate:
PAT testing
PAT testing is portable appliance testing, this is the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure that they are safe.

Research into noise level:
Class 1;
Is a device in which has a metal casing, many of these devices contain an earth wire but not all.
Class 2;
Is a device which has a insulated casing which inside contains no earth wire, this device is normally a speaker.
Class3;
Is a device which has a low voltage testing which also contains no earth.
PPE-personal protection equipment:
PPE stands for personal protection equipment. some of the equipment which is needed includes:
A safety hat, this piece of equipment is needed because many reasons such as preventing heavy objects from hitting you in any directions, it also stops getting concussions or brain damage.
Steel toed boots, this piece of equipment is needed because it cushioned so its comfy to wear and protects feet (especially the sole), these boots also stops things from dropping on your feet.
Ear plugs, this piece of equipment is needed because it protects ears in a sense that if you do not wear this piece of equipment you can lose your hearing due to the fact that sounds may hit your ear drum, this can cause a loss in hearing.
Gloves, this piece of equipment is needed because it protects hands, stops electricity and heat, also this piece of equipment can prevent getting rope burn but have very good grip.
medical information:
if you get an electric shock at a event you make sure you don't touch any one and then
After removing the person from the source of electricity, if the person is unconscious call for an ambulance immediately. Only those with the necessary knowledge and skill should carry out first aid.
Where the person is conscious and seems well, it is still advisable to monitor their condition, as the effects of an electric shock may not be immediately obvious. In worst case conditions, an electric shock may lead to a condition known as electroporation, where cells within the body rupture, leading to tissue death. Additional problems might include deep-seated burns, muscle damage and broken bones.

Set up review:
During setting up for the easter concert it went great, although there were a few minor issues. Such as the wires were tangled, meaning that it was hard to set up quickly. Also we could not find the wire foR the cd player, this meant that we could not connect the cd player to the speakers.

Here is the schedule we used to see who was doing what at which point.
overall the soundcheck was good and ran very smoothly.
Evaluation:
Overall the concert went well but there was some minor mistakes such as people not turning up on time and the wrong music playing.To improve in the future i will make sure people turn up on time and that the tracks on the cd player are exact and test that they run well.What could of went better is the time people got to the mixing desk. i believe this could have been better because the concert would of been quicker and less boring. This is because people will be entertained instantly.Next time in a concert i will do things such as making sure everything running smoothly, people are on time and prepared for their acts and making sure any obstacle we can overcome.
Concert review:
My review on the easter concert in my point of view is that its went okay but it could of been better for example..
Pack down review:
During packing down for the easter concert there was barely any delays, this meant that the easter concert pack down ran smoothly and was time efficient.
